The only exception is payment processing: when you purchase a plan, your payment details (card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account information) are collected and processed directly by our licensed payment gateway partner. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank account credentials on our own servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication and data storage are handled through Convex, with encryption in transit and at rest.
